About Elisa
With over 20 years experience, Elisa helps men and women of all fitness levels on the path to physical health and the benefits it brings, including radiant health, increased energy and mental clarity. Elisa enjoys collaborating with her clients in a fun, relaxed setting, while designing safe and inventive fitness and offering nutritional guidance. Through active coaching, she is an enthusiastic advocate and motivator in helping clients achieve their personal goals.
Elisa is a graduate of the Physical Therapy and Massage School in Berlin, Germany and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She holds a degree in Nutrition Education at Bauman College, Berkeley, where she specialized in weight-loss coaching. She is also certified in Pilates, Water Exercise and very experienced in Fitness for Seniors. During her Physical Therapy career in Switzerland she acquired additional certifications regarding women’s health, including prenatal exercise, postnatal fitness, osteoporosis and incontinence.
Elisa’s background in Physical Therapy qualifies her to safely train post-surgical clients with rehabilitation needs, as well as those with chronic illness. She also enjoys getting beginner and returning exercisers started, easing them into working out and helping them feel healthy.
Elisa practices Qi Gong and meditation, which creates the perfect combination of her determined can-do attitude and compassion, playfulness, and patience. She has a passion for the outdoors and has enjoyed all the Bay Area has to offer since 2000. She loves the ocean, spending her spare time stand-up paddling, playing fetch with her dog on the beach and enjoying the sunset.
